History

31 years — through every crisis a chance supplier would not have survived

The road from equipment supplier to full-cycle plant. The dates are verifiable.

1995

TANSU founded in Bishkek.

2000

Shift from supply to own manufacturing — hot water boilers on every fuel type.

2005

Launch of the steam boiler range, 300–20,000 kg of steam per hour, on gas, diesel and heavy fuel oil. Permit for use in the Russian Federation obtained.

2006

The ISO 9001 / 14001 quality management system introduced — under the guidance of specialists from Sweden.

2014

Customs Union certificates obtained. Mini-refinery production launched — a step beyond boiler equipment.

2016–2018

LPG vessels, dished ends, annealing and corrugating furnaces. More and more units are made at the plant instead of bought in.

2025

A valid TR CU EAEU certificate — until 2030.

Manufacturing

Full cycle — from steel plate to the finished boiler

We do not reassemble other people's units under our own brand. The shell is cut, rolled and welded at the plant; the dished ends and the annealing and corrugating furnaces are our own. The more operations are done in-house, the less there is in the boiler that we do not know everything about. The presses for forming dished ends, the flanging machines and the annealing furnaces are of our own build: the photographs below show equipment carrying the TANSU mark in the plant's shops in Bishkek.

TR CU EAEU certificate No. RU C-KG.MO09.V.00869/25 (valid until 2030). A 36-month warranty on the boiler shell, a design life of 20 years / 100,000 hours. ISO 9001 / 14001 quality management system. We provide any of these documents on request — and suggest you ask the same of whoever we are being compared with.
