You are not left alone with the equipment
Fire-tube three-pass design
In the TANSU fire-tube steam boiler the hot combustion products travel inside the smoke tubes, washed by water on every side, and give up their heat through the tube walls. Across three gas passes we reach the maximum heat recovery: efficiency is 92 % at the nominal duty, and 95 % or above with an economiser. Every TANSU steam boiler is built to this scheme.
Three flue-gas passes give 92 % efficiency at the nominal duty; an economiser raises it to 95 % and above.
Large water volume
The water reserve in the shell holds steam pressure steady even under sharp peak loads.
Resistance to water chemistry upsets
Unlike European fire-tube counterparts, TANSU boilers are more tolerant of water chemistry regime upsets: a deviation in water treatment does not damage the boiler immediately and allows it to run for some time until the fault is corrected. This is a very significant operational advantage.
Runs without an induced-draught fan
There is no power-hungry induced-draught fan — so no constant load on the electrical supply and no extra operating costs.

A monoblock steel construction with natural circulation: simple to service and long-lived.

Quality verified at every stage
In-house inspection — QC department
Our own technical control department checks every operation — from incoming steel inspection to final testing. The QC department reports directly to the head of the company.
External independent inspection
Raw material and welds are checked by an independent laboratory: visual and measuring inspection (VT) reveals surface defects, ultrasonic testing (UT) — hidden defects inside the weld.
Full-cycle manufacturing
From steel cutting to hydraulic testing of the equipment at our own production base — full control of every operation.
Certification
The equipment is manufactured in strict accordance with TR CU 032. Inspection control is carried out annually, with independent specialists attending.
